GoldGramPrice is built and run by Michael Lip, one developer working under zovo.one. Every message goes to him, and he answers it himself, usually within two working days.
What to write about
- A price looks wrong. Tell us the page, the karat and the weight you entered, and the figure you expected. Include the "as of" time shown in the price bar at the top of the page, so we can compare it with the spot feed for that hour.
- A question about the math. Melt value is the spot price per troy ounce divided by 31.1035, times the karat purity, times the weight in grams. If a dealer quote does not match, send the numbers and we will show where the difference comes from.
- A feature or a page you need. A new unit, karat, coin or city. Small fixes usually ship the same week.
- Your data. Questions about analytics, cookies or ads are covered on the privacy policy page. Write to the same address to ask about any data we hold about you.
What we cannot do
We do not buy or sell gold, and we cannot appraise an item from a photo. The values on this site are melt values, not offers. For a sale, get quotes from licensed local buyers and compare each offer as a share of melt value. The guide to how buyers calculate offers explains how.
